Organisations demonstrating positive impact - such as apprenticeships (modern, foundation or Graduate), development of learning systems & academies.
Collaboration in Net Zero:
Most significant collaboration or project impact towards meeting a low carbon Scotland
Young Person of the Year (17-27 year olds):
Recognition for outstanding achievement in the workplace
Transformational Change or Pivot through the COVID-19:
Business or Organisation which adapted and transformed their operations significantly as a result of the C19 pandemic, or other significant event, and have absorbed this into their new future state.
Impact through innovative marketing campaign for product or service
Companies of any size and in any sector which can demonstrate innovation within the design and/or manufacturing process which contribute to extending product lifecycles and diverting waste from landfill through reuse.
Any process or product whereby an item is reused, remanufactured or refurbished to extend its lifecycle is eligible to apply, and we expect that submitted examples will demonstrate an economic, environmental or cultural impact in Scotland.
Contribution to mitigate COVID-19 issues:
Business or organisation who provided services and products to support the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic - e.g. this could be supporting healthcare products or adapted products and services to support other businesses to help them trade and operate through alternative supply chains.
Organisation that can demonstrate success through innovation and commercialisation partnership between industry and academia.
Best Practice Sharing:
Companies who have demonstrated significant impact through sharing content internally or to external communities and / or hosting clinics e.g. factory tours (virtual and in-person).
Export growth, entering new markets or developing global product or service. Creation of global centre of excellence in Scotland
Women in Industry:
Companies or Individual who have made a significant contribution or initiative to develop women in industry
Companies demonstrating high environmental impact or deployment of circular economy models
Organisations that can demonstrate examples & good practice in improving cyber resilience, knowledge & practice, and can showcase innovation & demonstrate skills improvement / development in the area of Cyber Resilience.
